Yes. Leading Edge Roofing replaces residential and commercial roofs, and also handles roof inspections, maintenance, and roof and exterior repairs across Vancouver Island.
We operate as a small skilled crew and aim to keep our workmanship top notch and consistent, so we tend to book up several months in advance for roof replacement projects. We are currently booking into fall of 2026. Repairs and inspections are scheduled separately — get in touch and we will confirm timing.
Our roofers are trained in the installation and repair of flat, shingle and metal roofing. We install shingle, metal, composite and flat roofing systems, including conversion from one roof system to an alternative one if desired.
We offer a 10 year limited workmanship warranty on all of our roof replacements. As a Malarkey Certified Pro Contractor we can also provide Malarkey’s enhanced Pro warranty when installing a full Malarkey Secure Choice roof system.
Yes. Leading Edge Roofing maintains active commercial general liability insurance and is in good standing with WorkSafe BC. Owners Riley Frank and J.J. Boudreault are both Red Seal endorsed roofers.
