Our roofers are trained in the installation and repair of flat, shingle and metal roofing, and we enjoy the challenges that come with different roofing and waterproofing systems. Every roof replacement carries a 10 year limited workmanship warranty, and as a Malarkey Certified Pro Contractor we can provide Malarkey’s enhanced Pro warranty on a full Secure Choice roof system.

Booking
We operate as a small skilled crew and aim to keep our workmanship top notch and consistent, so we tend to book up several months in advance for roof replacement projects. We are currently booking into fall of 2026 for roof replacements. Repairs and inspections are scheduled separately.
